Orthopedic Surgeon: Spine Surgery

Syracuse Orthopedic Specialists (SOS) is a leading musculoskeletal practice serving Central New York, offering a comprehensive spectrum of orthopedic care.

We are currently seeking a board-certified or board-eligible orthopedic surgeon with fellowship training to join our highly regarded Spine team.

The SOS Spine team is known both minimally invasive and complex spine procedures, with full access to advanced diagnostics, imaging, and surgical technologies. This position offers an immediate opportunity to step into a high-volume practice with excellent support from our internal teams and referring providers. You will have access to a dedicated spine therapy team, on-site imaging, and our award-winning Specialists’ One-Day Surgery Center, a nationally recognized ambulatory surgery facility.

We have a close partnership with the largest pain management group in the region, allowing for seamless, multidisciplinary coordination of care for spine patients. This collaboration enhances non-operative management options and contributes to the outstanding surgical outcomes and patient satisfaction we deliver.

Qualifications:

· Fellowship trained in Orthopedic Spine Surgery

· Board-certified or board-eligible

· Eligible for New York State medical license

Compensation and Benefits:

· $450,000 starting salary with bonus incentives

· $50,000 signing bonus
