Orthopedic Surgeon: Hand Surgery

Syracuse Orthopedic Specialists (SOS) is a leading musculoskeletal practice serving Central New York, offering a comprehensive spectrum of orthopedic care.

We are currently seeking a board-certified or board-eligible orthopedic surgeon with fellowship training in Hand and Upper Extremity Surgery to join our highly respected Hand & Wrist team.

SOS offers a well-established referral base and a strong regional reputation in hand and upper extremity care. Our team performs a wide range of surgical and non-surgical treatments, including trauma, nerve injuries, wrist arthroscopy, and complex reconstructive procedures. You will have access to a dedicated hand therapy team, on-site imaging, and our award-winning Specialists’ One-Day Surgery Center, a nationally recognized ambulatory surgery facility.

With continued growth in patient volume, this position offers immediate opportunity for high case volume and rapid practice development.

Position Highlights:

· Established referral base and high case volume

Qualifications:

· Fellowship trained in Hand and Upper Extremity Surgery

· Board-certified or board-eligible in Orthopedic Surgery

· Eligible for New York State medical license

Compensation and Benefits:

· $450,000 starting salary with bonus incentives

· $50,000 signing bonus
